Smoking is strictly prohibited in the common areas of the resort:<\/p>\n

      Day guests are completely prohibited from entering the bungalows and our guests are not allowed to invite day guests to their bungalow.<\/p>\n

      ACCORDING TO THE LAW, IT IS REQUIRED TO PRESENT IDENTIFICATION OR PASSPORT TO PERSONNEL.<\/p>\n

      It is strictly forbidden to eat, barbecue or have other meals on the terrace.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      If you would like to hold a celebration at our resort, please contact the management so that we can organize it together. The management will decorate the selected room and offer you a special price for the menu depending on the number of participants.
      Cooking on the terrace of the bungalows is not permitted.<\/strong><\/p>\n


      The deck chairs in the communal pool area are available from 9 a.m. Reservations are not permitted.<\/p>\n

      The use of cameras, mobile phones, glasses or other devices that can be used to take photos of our guests is strictly prohibited throughout the resort.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Please note that the company may charge your card for the cost of any damage. By making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this measure, you must confirm this in writing, bearing in mind that the booking will be automatically canceled.<\/p>\n

      The bungalows must be cleaned every day.
      If you do not want a one-off cleaning service, please note that the bungalows cannot go more than two days without being cleaned.
      In any case, the housekeeping staff are instructed to enter the bungalows to check their condition.

      This is an adults-only resort \u2013 however, there is no obligation or guarantee of sex. Nevertheless, all normal rules for dealing with swingers, such as good manners, discretion and cleanliness, apply. A no means no and is not an offense.<\/p>\n

      In order to avoid annoyance, the use of the jacuzzi is prohibited after 10 p.m. In addition, from this time onwards, all activities that could cause noise pollution should be relocated to the interior of the resort. Rooms are available for this.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      For the protection of discretion, privacy and confidentiality, you cannot take photos or videos of any kind in the system without the express consent of all persons contained in the photos or videos. There will be no exception to this!<\/p>\n

      Anyone who secretly and without permission takes photos or videos of other guests in the complex without their express permission can be expelled from the SW Paradise Resort without any reimbursement of the accommodation costs paid. <\/p>\n

      We assume that our guests are aware of the special character of their vacation here at the SW Paradise Resort. There can be no reimbursement of accommodation costs due to misunderstandings.<\/p>\n

      We treat all information with the strictest confidentiality and we guarantee that none of this information will be passed on to third parties. Your identity and that of everyone you meet with us are absolutely confidential.<\/p>\n

      The establishment reserves the right to grant access in accordance with the legislation in force and the conditions stated in the access to the establishment.<\/p>\n

      The use of a day pass is subject to the proper use and maintenance of the facilities and equipment. In the event of damage, the facility may charge for this.<\/p>\n

      Day guests are only allowed to enter the bungalows with the express approval of the reception or the restaurant of the SW Paradise Resort.<\/p>\n

      The sauna is activated everyday from 12:00 to 22:00 (only from October to April)<\/p>\n

      Day guests must leave the resort by 8 p.m. at the latest.<\/p>\n
