{"id":4065,"date":"2021-01-26T11:14:02","date_gmt":"2021-01-26T11:14:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/venus-star-resort.com\/en\/?page_id=4065"},"modified":"2022-05-16T14:21:24","modified_gmt":"2022-05-16T14:21:24","slug":"cancellation-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.swparadiseresort.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At Venus Star Resort we always charge a 30% deposit.<\/p>\n<p>If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, we will refund 20% of the total invoice.<\/p>\n<p>If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, we do not refund anything.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can make a change of date, keeping the deposit as long as you comply with the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>1- you can only make a change of dates once.<\/p>\n<p>2- You have to communicate it at least 30 days before the check-in of the first reservation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3- Same conditions as the first booking: same number of days and same price per day of the bungalow, or higher.
